Danyal Çiper Armchair 1

This wooden armchair with armrests was designed by Architect Danyal Çiper in the 1960s, and two armchairs were produced. The structure of seating part is massive and rotating. The seating is designed ergonomically. It has two different levels and there is an extra support for the legs. It was designed in ivory color compatible with Danyal Çiper`s simple design approach. It was donated to İzmir University of Economics in 2014 by his nephew Asst.Prof.Dr. Arıl Cansel. It is protected in its authentic form together with its wooden structure and ivory velvet upholstery.
