The S1 model portable armchairs, were designed by Mehmet İrfan Dolgun between years 1957 and 1959 and produced by SIM Furniture Factory as its first production. Its structure is solid beech and its upholstery is vinyl. The set, to which it belongs, is comprised of four or six armchairs, and three coffee tables, one of which is larger. The S1 has reached many users through dealers all around Turkey. As it is easy to handle in its chest when it is dismantled, several families, most of whose individuals are civil servants preferred it. Besides the ease of handling, the special features of the furniture can be listed as its simple form and straight lines. The dimensions are 60x63x76 cm.
