This wooden armchair with armrests was designed by Architect Danyal Çiper in the 1960s, and two armchairs were produced. The horizontal joints on its armrests characterize the chair, and they were designed according to Danyal Çiper`s simple lines. The leg of the armchair connecting it to its base has the same combination details as the chairs of dining table. It has been donated to İzmir University of Economics in 2014 by his nephew Asst.Prof.Dr. Arıl Cansel. It is protected with its original form together with its wooden structure and beige velvet upholstery.
