This armchair is situated in Atatürk’s study room at Florya Atatürk Marine Mansion, constructed by Architect Seyfi Arkan in 1935. The furniture design is known to have been carried out by Architect Fazıl Aysu and was designed as leather upholstery on solid wood. There are two of these armchairs. The armchair with leather covered armrests has a plain, rectilinear characteristic.
