Ali İNCEOĞLU

Ali İnceoğlu was born in Kuşadası. Beside his original occupation of musician (playing, composing, music direction, sound technician, tonmeister, and music education), he also has built a profession in photography and video editing. He plays electro, acoustic, classic and four-string bass guitar and teaches part time at Işıkkent Education Campus. He has been a member of the bands, Lokomotif, No Name, and Izzy High as lead vocal and guitarist, and has composed music for documentaries directed by Toon de Zooten for the Belgium-ITUC company “Women’s Rights” and “An Overview of Coastal Issues”. He has realized the catalog photography shoot of wind turbines for Nordex Energy company, and has won photography competition awards from SOYER and İstanbul, İzmir, Ankara Chamber of Architects. He has worked as an arranger, sound technician and tonmeister on a 12 episode short film for universities in Holland and the documentaries on Africa (Petit Loango, Oil or Gorillas?, Gabon). Besides the music of Turkish films Şaşkın and Büyü, he has worked as a columnist in Sound Magazine with his own column, and has realized several photography shoots, recordings and arrangement projects in his studio.
